Individual Dramatherapy 1 hour - £55.00 per session

Parent Therapeutic Consultation - £50.00 per session

Clinical Report - £200.00 per report

Progress Report - £40.00 per report

Attending TAC meetings or other - £40.00 for one hour

Milage to attend meetings - £0.45p per mile

Review Meetings up to 1 hour - £50.00 per hour

Travel time for travel over 20 min - £30.00 per hour

Please note there is a different price band for therapy sessions for these organisations due to the extra administration.

All costing includes cost for the following:

• Rent/Rates for the premises for the child to be seen.
• Supervision costs.
• Monthly check in calls with parents.   
• Resources, Emails and Telephone calls.
• Insurance and HCPC registration
• Clinical Reports are very detailed.
• Progress Reports are a synopsis of the work.

Absences and Cancellations:

Below is excluded if you or your child or someone who you have been around has contracted COVID 19 or is showing signs of the virus or is waiting for test results.  Please follow Government guidelines and self-isolate. Please let the therapist know the reason. No charge will be made under these circumstances.

I ask for 24 hours’ notice of any absences/cancellations, otherwise I will have to charge for the missed session. If 48 hours’ notice is given, I will charge half the fee. Absences include illness and any other foreseen circumstances.

As parents you are responsible for bringing your child to therapy. If for any reason a child takes a break during term time and unless sessions can be made up at an alternative date, then a retainer will be charged for the amount of sessions missed.

I will give as much notice as possible for holidays and training days where I am unable to see the child. I will be available to speak with you between 9.00-5.30 Monday-Friday. Please leave a message if I am unable to come to the phone.
